The product I want is out of stock. When will it be back?

We’re sorry to hear that! We try to keep our inventory full of the items people wants, but some of our more popular products sell out quickly due to high demand. We update our inventory every day and we suggest checking back later to see if the item has returned.

My item was damaged/defected/incorrect. Can I get a refund?

If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please email us at developers@americommerce.com within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the shipping box and product where damage has occurred. We will be happy to replace any parts that may have been damaged or offer a full replacement. Please save original packaging, as we may require you to return the product to resolve the problem.

How do I request a refund?

Couches.com puts care into selecting each of our products. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition and original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Can I cancel my order?

Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled, but can be returned according to our return policy. Any refusal of delivery will be subject to outbound and return shipping fees.

Where is my package?

We pride ourselves on the ability to provide free shipping on most items. Due to changes in the mailing system as well as protocols put in place during the pandemic, shipping may be delayed longer than expected. You can track your order using the tracking code provided to you via email after the package has been shipped (allow 1-2 business days after you purchase). Please let us know if your package has not arrived after 2 days from the initial shipping date and our team will assist you.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to street addresses only within the 48 Contiguous States (no P.O boxes). We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Military APO/FPO addresses.
